I completely forgot my happy hour yesterday! The University I work at is closed for the whole week, so I've been a couch potato/stay-at-home-wife. It's been so relaxing! But, enough of me... here's today's top stories bookmarked for all eternity:Celebrity families have gotten bigger and better over the past few days...
- Reese Witherspoon is now engaged to her boyfriend of a year, Jim Toth.
- Elton John and partner John Furnis are now proud parents.
- Natalie Portman is not only engaged, but pregnant!
The world of politics is exceptionally slow right now, because of the holiday thing. President Obama is even on vacation himself at his Hawaiian get-away.
- Even though the next election isn't for a while, talks of the 2012 presidential election have already begun.
- And speaking of Hawaii... the governor wants to reveal more information about Obama's birth certificate.

ReplyDeleteI love how he's all concerned about helping settle the debate about President Obama's ancestry and what not, but he cannot for the life of him figure out what to do with the homeless in Hawaii. Crazy!
