What's my favorite? Movie

My favorite movie is Garden State... not because it's film genius but because it has significant meaning for me....

Garden State was released in 2004 (my junior year of high school)... this was the second movie C and I ever saw together, but I consider it the first time we hung out with a possible alternative motive. So our story's maybe a little weird, but we ended up seeing the movie 3 times, 3 weekends in a row, even though the nearest theater showing Garden State was 45 minutes away. We actually skipped school one day to see it, and almost got in serious trouble for that! But it was the start of a tight-knit friendship that led to our eventual falling in love and marriage. We even used a few of the lines from the movie in our vows. ♥

So, because of its romantic ties, I can't help but saying that Garden State is my favorite movie. (And I probably would say the soundtrack is in my top 10 favorite albums.)
