Here's how to make the Detox:
Start off with a Glass of cold Water.
1) Take your Drinking Glass and fill half way to the top with 4 oz of very cold Water.
Add a half of freshly squeezed Lemon.
2) Take your fresh Lemon Half and squeeze the Juice into the Drinking Glass, making sure to leave out the Pulp and the Seeds.
A dash of Cayenne Pepper.
4) Add just a pinch of your choice of Cayenne Pepper or Ground Ginger to your Drinking Glass.
Keep track of how much you drink.
7) Drink this 8 oz Detox Drink a minimum of six to eight times a day for seven to fourteen days for maximum weight loss results.

So that's what I'll be doing. Most online sources all report that you're supposed to lose 10 pounds in 10 days, which would be a really nice start to this 10-week track I've put myself on.

ReplyDeleteI'd suggest taking a good multivitamin as well. Sometimes fasting diets can deplete your stored resources. Good luck!
