I've officially started my 2011 Summer Goals by focusing first on #2: Get Healthy. And I'm kick-starting my weight-loss plan with the infamous Lemon-Cayenne Detox. I'm sort of nervous, but I've fasted in the past and know that I can make it. I am allowing myself raw fruits & vegetables during the next 10 days as well, since I read online that that's OK. (And if it's written online it must be true, right?)

So that's what I'll be doing. Most online sources all report that you're supposed to lose 10 pounds in 10 days, which would be a really nice start to this 10-week track I've put myself on.
