Life lately has been a series of fun events in between a series of non-events. Which is the way I like it. Last weekend, C went off to a guy's weekend, and I had the opportunity to sit home and just be by myself. And it was wonderfully relaxing. But when C got home, I was reminded of just how much fun it is to live with him.
We're not going to win the "happiest couple in the world" award anytime soon, but laughter is abundant around these parts lately. I've been blessed this week with surprise lunch dates, Community re-runs, oven S'Mores, bedtime teas, and early morning photo sessions. It's really everything I need right now. Simple. Fun. Memorable.
